2. Services

Verum Studios offers brand identity design, custom website design, front-end and full-stack development, and related creative services. Specific deliverables, timelines and fees are agreed in a separate proposal or statement of work before any project begins.

3. Intellectual property

Upon full and final payment, ownership of the agreed final deliverables — including custom design files, code and brand assets — transfers to the client, unless otherwise stated in the project agreement. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and promotional materials unless a confidentiality agreement is in place.

4. Payments

Project fees, deposits and payment schedules are set out in the project proposal. Work may be paused or withheld if payments are overdue. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, feedback and assets in a timely manner.
• Ensure you have the right to use any content, images or trademarks you supply.
• Review deliverables and raise concerns within the timeframes agreed in the project schedule.

6. Limitation of liability

Verum Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project or service giving rise to the claim.
