Define Vision
Communicating with the client to understand how they want the website to look and feel to best reflect their business or goal. We review the brief and any documents sent over so that our vision for the website is aligned with the clients.

Design
Typography, grid, colour and layout. Every decision is reviewed in the browser, not flat mockups. A living design system emerges. Client feedback is incorporated and the design is refined until it meets the clients vision.

Functionality
Writing the code, creating animation choreography, adjusting mathematical spacing, enhacing SEO and implementing security.

Review
Test website link sent to client for review and testing. We ensure the website is fully functional, responsive and meets the clients expectations. Necessary adjustments are made based on client feedback.

Deploy
Contract signed, client owns the code of the site, we deal with the hosting online, the maintenance and security. Your site enters the world ready to scale, with continuous support from Verum Studios always.

We offer both Website Development and Branding Services. You get to select which service you want, or have both.

Absolutely. If your identity is sound but your site has drifted — slow, dated, or difficult to maintain, we re-architect the digital layer while preserving the visual posture you have already established.
Absolutely. After the website is complete, we charge £25 per month for hosting and maintenance. This includes / covers any small changes you have in mind, security updates, hosting on the internet costs, backups, uptime monitoring and domain/SSL management, all to ensure your website remains secure and up-to-date. You may opt out of this at any time, you will own the website and have the code so can then host it yourself or with another provider if you wish.
The client owns the code and assets after the project is complete, we just handle the hosting and maintenance so your website can be live on the internet with no issues. This will be established in full detail within the contract so that both the company and the client are legally protected.
